The chemical factory that is the body requires a precise equilibrium of 16 basic chemicals, and correct acid-alkaline balance plays a vital role this process. Foods, after digestion and absorption, leave either an acid or alkaline ash in the body depending on their composition. Normal body chemistry should be approximately 20 per cent acid and 80 per cent alkaline, thus the food intake should reflect this balance.
Management BOTH Personal And ProfessionalIf people had the same Personal Management of their life that they enjoy regarding the Professional part of their life, many lives would be improved substantially. People think that because their professional life is going so well, their personal life should somehow also go well. Nothing could be farther from the truth. (more…)
Marriage was intended by both Nature and Nature’s God to be a lifetime commitment between a man and a woman. Jesus said, “It was so from the beginning,” and “Moses allowed you limited divorce, because of the hardness of your hearts.”
Thus, even the provisions for divorce that are in the Bible are not the perfect will of God, making divorce in all its manifestations, an abomination in the eyes of God, and a sin and crime.
Therefore, anyone who divorces wife or husband for any reason are sentencing themselves to death, and consigning their children to a life of bastardy. The minute a father is divorced from his wife, she becomes, in effect, a whore, and her children become, in effect, bastards that the father will never fully recognize thereafter.
Yes, people try to make the best of this sad state of affairs, to ease the pain of the children, and appease the wrath of God, but their effort is only a partial amelioration of this most gigantic of crimes.
Simple fact is, that if that woman or man is good enough to swap spit with, and to sleep naked with, and to have sex with, and to have children with, that man or woman is good enough to spend the rest of your life with, while honoring and respecting both the spouse, the community, and God.
To tell the honest truth suicide and murder are better than divorce, bad as they are. Now, you may not like this understanding, but that is just too bad. It is the truth, and you will just have to live with it.
Of course, it is all the fault of Society, BUT who is society, if not us? Children are raised and taught to grow up and divorce their mates, that is clearly true, but that does not excuse them.
They will still have to pay the price for their sins and crimes, even though a demonic government, demonic political parties, demonic laws, and demonic churches, synagogues, mosques, and temples, allow, encourage, enable and reward, divorce, on demand.
Better Laws are Needed to Promote Fatherhood and Healthy Families
It is sad, and devastating to our National Interest, and human decency, that today 28% of all children (more than 20 million in the U.S.) are raised without dads in their homes. (more…)
Marriage Misuse and the Birth Control Murder of ChildrenResearchers have identified at least 24 negative consequences of legalizing same-sex “marriage,” virtually all of which relate to how it changes the institutional aspects of marriage. What’s at stake with same-sex “marriage” is that it reinforces the “de-institutionalization” and the weakening or overturning of customary forms of marriage for everyone. Pro-Gay Marriage people support same-sex “marriage” precisely because they approve of such a de-institutionalization of marriage. (more…)
Society, specifically, Western Society, has painted itself into a corner where it has decreasingly desirable options. Surely this is the work of Demons or Democrats, or both. On the issue of population it has bought into the specious argument that accounts every life as valuable while bemoaning at the same time the reproduction of life itself. (more…)
Marriage Divorce Bigamy Polygamy Polyandry Polygyny
Now, if the law of the land dictates polygamy not to be legal, then we are to submit ourselves “to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake” 1 Peter 2:13 and Romans 13:1-5. Polygamy, under these circumstances, should not be practiced.
But, if a believer lived under a government that recognized Polygyny, (the technically correct word for more than one wife,) as a legitimate form of marriage, then no one could Biblically condemn having more than one wife. What Scripture does not condemn, neither should we, Matthew 7:1. (more…)
The Virgin Mary is reliably estimated to have been betrothed to her husband Joseph, and conceived her child Jesus Christ around the age of 13 or so. This is the clear meaning of Bar Mitzvahs celebrating the arrival of manhood of Israeli boys, (and girls even earlier,) at age 13. Nature has it own time schedule and all the Socialist minded human engineers in the world can’t effectively change it without angering mother nature, AND Father God, I might also add. (more…)
Self-massage is something you can do for yourself, anytime, anyplace, anyhow. It is a great “pick-me-up” after a hard day of work, and it can be a serious part of self-improving your health. There is a large range of treatments you can apply on yourself. For example, you can get the benefits of massage in your own bathtub and shower. A Jacuzzi uses water water pressure to do the massaging.
There are books, and even workshops, on self massages and partner massages. Mostly you just need to learn and memorize the proven techniques and then be motivated to remember to employ them. Here are some ideas to get you started:
Not only are various vibrators available, but simple things around the house can do just fine. A couple of tennis balls, your bed or a quiet corner and your own two hands can work miracles. Here are a few examples of self-massages you can do:
Head Massage: Pressure points in your skull can relax your whole body. There are two very significant acupressure points at the base of the skull on what’s called the occipital ridge. If you apply consistent pressure there, you can achieve total relaxation.
One way to find these points is to put two tennis balls in a sock and tie the end. Lie on your back on the floor, or in your bed, and place the sock behind the upper neck, so that the two balls each touch the skull ridge that’s right above the hollow spot. Stay like that for 20 minutes. Maybe listen to soothing music. The pressure on those acupressure points will send messages down the spinal column to relax all the muscles.
Face Massage: Just touch your face. There’s no particular need to knead it. Just with a very light touch, cup your cheeks and temples with your hands using no more pressure than the weight of a nickel. Hold your hands there for a minute. The warmth of the hands by themselves will relax the muscles and connective tissue, bringing on an overall sense of relief.
Jaw Massage: Pull the sides of your ears gently straight outward, then straight up, then straight down. Or, with your index finger, press the tender spot next to your earlobe where it attaches to your head. Press and release. Press and release. Now do it on the other ear. Repeat, alternating ears, 10 to 15 times.
Torso Massage: Get a quick boost by rubbing the area above your kidneys. They’re at the waist level where the tissue is still soft. Rub briskly with your fists in a circular motion. This will energize the whole body.
Foot Massage:
1. Sit on a chair, or lie down, and place your foot on the opposite thigh. You might rub on some massage oil or lotion. Then, apply pressure with your thumbs to the sole of your foot, working from the bottom of your arch to the top near your big toe. Repeat five times.
2. Make a fist and press your knuckles into the bottom of your foot, moving from your heel to your toes. Repeat five times.
3. Massage each toe by holding it firmly and moving it from side to side. Extend each toe gently out and away from the ball of your foot. Then apply pressure to the areas between your toes.
4. Hold your toes in one hand and bend them backward holding them there for five to ten seconds. Then bend them in the opposite direction and hold for five to ten seconds. Repeat three times.
5. Press and roll your thumbs between the bones of the ball of your foot.
None of these exercises are set in stone, vary them, add to them, lengthen or shorten them as you wish. You are a one of a kind person and need customized treatment in massage as in other things. So experiment on yourself to find out what works best for you. These examples are just to get you started and encourage you, and give you a few specific applications to sharpen your learning curve.
America, the greatest, richest, most powerful country in the history of the world has no such thing as Maternity Leave with pay for its mothers. No wonder our mothers are having so few children that they are not even replacing themselves, with the result that the US has to import every year millions of little brown slave laborers to do its work, which is close to the crime of practicing slave labor, all by itself. What do we do with those scraps in our mind,
Those pesky lovable snippets called memory,
Engrams? each only one of a kind,
Thoughts we have that are not other sensory?
Notions of notions we know not about,
Things remembered we said or did,
Or heard others say or do to us,
Un-acted upon and unfulfilled.
These butt ends of our days and ways
Make meaning a mélange of he/she says.
Can we tie up all these yips and yowls,
These grimaces, howls, cries and scowls?
The only way is to add yeast
Turning the whole to a sumptuous feast.
Mexico is our number one problem, certainly not our friend.
They have hated us Yankees for hundreds of years, and have never missed an opportunity to harm this country. Kidnapping is just one more area where Mexico leads the world, drug smuggling, of course, would be another. In both cases America is the primary victim.
Mexico, especially its capital and Northern border towns, is suffering an epidemic of violent kidnappings for ransom and extortion making it the number one kidnap hot spot in the whole world.
Nearly 85% of all kidnappings in the entire world occur in Latin America with Mexico accounting for nearly half of all those incidents.
Mexico City, for example, accounted for approximately 69 percent of the Mexico’s kidnappings in 2005.
For the first time, ordinary Mexican citizens, (as if anyone there listens to them) in many major cities throughout the country are organizing public protests against a crime that they feel is running out of control.
But, as the country, (if you want to call it that) has been a virtual dictatorship during its whole history, the chance of any reform is slight. Making that wall ever more urgent.
Note:We must carefully delineate between keeping Mexican illegals out, and threatening and insulting our already legal Hispanics.
The Military of every nation on earth throughout all history represents the beating heart of the people. No matter how a countries military is abused, exploited for evil purposes, or sent on fool missions, it still remains the most respected institution in any society. This seems inexplicable to many, and yet it is a constant fact. (more…)
Mineral Oil is a low cost petroleum product, produced from the same crude oil that gasoline is made of. It goes under many names, and permeates throughout society, including Baby Oil: It is true it is substantially inert making it presumptively “safe” for both external and internal uses, though evidence is building up that it may be able to build up in the body and produce some of the same results that gasoline and other petroleum products does. Thus large doses or prolonged usage are not recommended either internally or externally.
Mineral Oil totally unrelated to helpful minerals and the name is a misnomer. Like a lot of things we formerly thought were Ok, we cannot now presume it harmless. For example, it is not harmless to latex condoms, and it is possibly implicated in several forms of Arthritis. Fact is, like other overly cheap products such as salt, sugar, white flour and grease, it tends to be abused.
It has been found that fine droplets of mineral oil can go through intestinal wall and reach the liver and lymph nodes, where, doctors suspect, they may cause dangerous lesions. Autopsies have revealed such droplets in patients’ tissues.
Its low cost makes it attractive as a diluter of more expensive products like sunflower oil, and controls on such adulteration are currently spotty. Its wide and growing use in cosmetics is also under suspicion, and it is can be a real dangerous problem if gotten in the lungs, where it can cause pneumonia.
It is sometimes used as a cleaner to dilute other oils, and can help remove sticky labels, and as a laxative it lubricates the lining of the intestines and prevents moisture from being absorbed from the stool making bowels looser (peristalsis) within 6 hours. An absolute ban on mineral oil for anything, other than a few industrial applications, would not be a bad idea. Everything it is used for can utilize less dangerous natural substitutes.
Because human beings have extensive brains they are able to live out consciously, what animals know and live in an unselfconscious state of mind. They are able to show the bravery, dedication and ability to self-sacrifice through self-conscious will that instinctual life forms show everyday in a non-self-conscious manner.
Thus we have the Samurai tradition of the warriors of Japan. In America the story of the Alamo defenders led by Colonel Travis provides a perfect expression of this Samurai-Nietzschian Will to Power, or Will to Life, earned by sacrificing self totally.
But all people, and all nations, have this ability, perhaps buried deep inside, but always there, waiting to spring forth in a glorious supernatural flowering of the sense of self-sacrifice for the greater good of other. Patriotism has its roots here, as does familial and romantic love, and varied forms of self-sacrifice.
All forms of self-conscious giving, especially the giving of that greatest gift of all, the gift of giving ones very life for specifically defined others. Never, let it be noted, for the general good of “others” but only for a closely defined “other”such as friend, brother, neighbor, or nation. Always an individual or group precisely defined. These individuals and groups are not empty suits, they are nearly always the carriers of specific ideas, concepts, religious beliefs, and such, such as Freedom, the Flag, religion, language, culture, and race.
Soldiers in war give their lives freely for many reasons, but it has been found that the most compelling reason for their giving up their lives is as a sacrifice for their “buddy,” that is the guy, or guys, who fights alongside them. It is these sorts of bonds that become the bonds of a life and death brotherhood that is the wellspring of what we call heroism, the palpable component of “honor,” and the touchstone of all sentiment and emotion.
But humans can only achieve this spiritual victory through intense self-conscious effort developed over time and always with an assortment of omnipresent other motivating, encouraging, and often dying with them. These bonds are a profound expression of the well-known “call to duty,” answering of the call of the sounded trumpet. This driving force, though often sublimated, prompts the Bible to declare: “For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?” Corinthians I 14
Mishima prepared himself for the battle as best he could, with the slender means at his disposal. He called out the Japanese military, and they did not respond to his somewhat uncertain trumpet, but still and all, it was an eternal mortification for them, and his sacrificial death has opened a festering wound in the Japanese national consciousness and the concomitant Samurai Spirit that will not heal easily or quickly.
In Japan, in some age to come, Mishima will be looked upon as a hero, but this is not that age. Right now, Japan and most of the rest of humanity is in an increasingly deepening trough of despair where self-preservation is everything that is daily bought at the cost of honor, duty, God and country, family and children that are all being thrown with abandon onto the bonfire of our ignoble selfish lusts. It is truly a generation of me, me, me, that has replaced that of thee, thee, thee.
It is God’s money after all. The Scripture says, “All the Gold and Silver is mine, saith the Lord.”
Managing God’s Resources
Have you ever wondered about what we are supposed to do with the things God has blessed us with? We are told to be “good stewards” but what does that mean exactly? What are we to do with the good things God has blessed us with? The Bible, properly understood, is the best guide on all things, but most especially on how to spend money and take care of resources. Cleverness is a pejorative term applied mostly to enemies.
Facts that don’t fit the theory may need changing.
God’s blessing is greatest when one combines, as far as possible, one’s inner striving with ones trade.
Life: There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

Symphonic compositions are more than variations of wave pressure, which is part of their scientific description. Note: There is a point at which science has no meaning.
Teachings should be seen valued gifts, not hard tasks.
Time properly defined, is when you sit with a nice girl for two hours, it seems like two minutes, but when you sit on a hot stove for two minutes, it seems like two hours.

No question about it, Mothers win hands down,
In the battle of the sexes.
They give life, while others stand in awe.
It makes a body cry to hear, “Dear Ma.”
They are little bitsy girls one day,
And before we have a chance to pray
They grow up in a very marvelous way.
Babies having babies, they say.
It is a miracle, an act of God
Before which men are humbled and made proud.
Every birth’s a miracle a mother made
A gift upon the bridal bower laid.
Regardless if it’s little he or she
We’ll love it just the same.
Dressed up in rugged blue, or dainty pink
We’ll teach it how to feel and think.
So, bless all mothers far and wide,
Us real men are at your side.
Loving your brother as yourself, basic generosity and mercy are virtues, but like all virtues they can, and are, vastly abused for ignoble ends both intended and unentended. The question is how do you protect virtue from itself and its own consequences. (more…)
Chematic Music is a modern music genre created by chemically mixing everything and anything together to produce nothing. It is the ultimate nothing music, and it is that music that is badly wanted in this somnambulistic age. Give us the Soma, for tomorrow we die is the pitiful cry.
It has no beginning and no ending, and nothing in between. It is the logical descendent of what used to be called “Elevator Music” or Muzak. This is not just bland music, it is hypnotically and intentionally bland. Just before any note actually dares to becomes a note, it is supplanted by a newer model note and so on. Nothing is allowed to be born, and therefore nothing really dies. Shadow pass upon the stage and are seen no more, replaced by successive shadow stick figures, ghouls that cannot die. It is the drug of choice, and all popular music partakes of this psychic brew.
