Acid-Alkaline Balance 

The chemical factory that is the body requires a precise equilibrium of 16 basic chemicals, and correct acid-alkaline balance plays a vital role this process. Foods, after digestion and absorption, leave either an acid or alkaline ash in the body depending on their composition. The USA, As It Stands Now, Is A Dead Nation

Historically, no civilization lasts forever. They all rot and die sooner or later, mostly sooner. What causes this absolute death rate? Historians know the answer, but few in the general public are interested in what they have discovered. The Holy Books, chief among them the Holy Bible, clearly state The Law of Civilization and Decay, which happens to actually be a book by Brooks Adams great Grandson of John Adams who founded this American Republic.

The warning signs are always very clear, and they are always the same warning signs, and all of those signs are now in full flower in the United States, England, and the Western World. It may well be that the Eastern world will survive this holocaust, and go on to be the dominant race and civilization on earth in succeeding centuries. There are many signs that that might become the case.

Certain educated and powerful Americans acknowledge that this is the case but they are bound by such strict rules of collegiality and going along to get along that none of them will speak out publicly what many of them understand and say in private. After all they wouldn’t want to offend their wives or family members, or fellow church members and associates, and “friends.” Friends that are just waiting to put a knife in their backs anyway, which is one reason they are so afraid of offending any of them.

A very high administration official recently said that the United States “is on a ‘burning platform’ of unsustainable policies and practices involving deficits, a chronic healthcare monster, an immigration hurricane, a mismanaged military, and a suicidal birthrate that threatens the very extinction of the nation by the end of this century. But, he won’t say this in public, none of them will, as it would bring down on their heads a firestorm of hateful criticism and vilification.

The simple fact is we have NO children, and this is in common with every failed civilization in recorded history. Roman and Greek birth rates fell to near zero before they finally fell into the trash can of history.

There are striking similarities between America’s current situation and the factors that brought down Rome, including of course, declining moral values, political in-civility, and an over-confident and over-extended military in foreign lands, a falling birth rate and overwhelming fiscal irresponsibility by government. But, of all of these the most damaging is the low birthrate. All other problems are derivative of it, and all other problems are minor compared to it.

And why do American women, along with women in general in the West, not have children anymore?

[It takes 2.2 children AVERAGE for any human group just to replace itself, minus any plagues or undue losses of life. We are effectively running around 1.2 if you count either college graduates, or those of European ancestry. At 1.2 any human group will become statistically extinct in less than 100 years. We in these two groups, are into our last century on this earth. ]

The short answer is “Love of Money” (the root of all evil, (remember that,)) has replaced and squeezed out, love of children, friends, neighbors, and even self, not to speak of God, which no one cares anything about anymore. The longer answer is to be found in all the devious roads and internecine alleys we take in navigating from the heavenly plains of love of children and God, down into the fetid swamps of hatred of children, and God, and our fellow citizens. It is all about Love versus Hate, with Hate winning.

We built a nation on Love, and we are destroying it with unbridled and stiff-necked HATE.

All I am trying to do is Sound and Alarm, and Issue a Wake-Up Call. I hope, but I don’t expect, it to be headed off. I may be killed for my trouble in pointing it out by the same sort of people who killed Christ, for saying much the same thing.

History reveals that all governments, empires and kingdoms of men, no matter how grand, no matter how powerful, ultimately fall. It happened to ancient Egypt, Assyria and Babylon. Even Rome was not exempt; though it dominated much of Europe, Northern Africa, the Middle East and parts of the Near East, and lasted for 500 years, the Roman Empire too ultimately fell.

There is an old saying: “Rome was not built in a day.” Likewise, the Roman Empire did not fall in one day or night; its decline was gradual, like boiling a frog by slowly increasing the temperature until the frog is killed without ever realizing it. The roots of the fall are not hard to find. Not long after it rose to world dominance, several factors were already at work eating away at the foundations of the Roman Republic and finally Empire, leading to its fall.

These same termite factors are at work among the American and British people and serve as warning signs of a civilization destined to fall soon if it doesn’t radically change its ways.

Family Deterioration:

Few understand that the family unit is the basic building block of every thriving society. It is, and is intended to be, the smallest unit of government, and the most important. Within the family, young minds are first taught the importance of character, controlling emotions, setting goals, and striving for excellence. It was generations ago, but is no more.

In the beginning of the Roman Republic fathers took seriously their role and authority in properly instructing, training and educating their sons, and mothers likewise taught their daughters equally sound values. The example of strong and active parents daily ingrained into children the importance of obedience, deference to civic authority and respect for the laws of the land. But most importantly they had lots of children, which was conspicuously not the case as Rome began declining.

But as each new Roman generation came of age, the family weakened and fractured over hundreds of years despite efforts to reform it, and and rebuild it, from time to time. It is not that Rome did not realize what was happening, they did realize, and successive Emperors desperately tried to reverse these trends, but all to no avail.

As wealth increased and tricked down to even the peasant level, just as it has here, everyone was corrupted by this wealth, just as wealth today is the poison that is killing Western Civilization. Despite all efforts to stop them, Husbands and wives gave in to the pulls of human nature to engage in widespread adultery, inevitably leading to increasing rates of broken marriages. Divorce for virtually any reason became legal; wives only had to say to their husbands three times in succession, “I divorce you!” to bring it to pass. Sound familiar?

Also, parents came to spoil their children, who then grew up to become lazy adults who were irreverent, disobedient to authority and had little respect for the elderly or the “old paths” of social norms and values. Sound familiar?

Yes, in the same way, the family unit in America, Britain, Australia, Canada and other sister nations of the West is under constant assault. Broken marriages and fractured households are now the norm.

With nearly all their legal rights stripped away, few fathers exercise a strong hand in teaching, guiding and correcting their young, often leaving mothers, (who have been lavishly equipped with new and powerful legal rights,) to fill both parental roles. Just what the devil has ordered up.

Children are growing up pampered and catered to, never learning to accept and recover from setbacks, never being taught to “rise up before the hoary (gray) head, and honor the face of the old man” Leviticus 19, which is a metaphor for fearing God. These abused and abandoned children (yes, spoiled children are abused children, and the parents should be held responsible) are never instructed to think of others, certainly not the old members of their families, before themselves. Likewise the old are taught and encouraged to be selfish and despise “needy” children. They are exemplified perfectly by the old man God killed in Luke 12 who was planning his “retirement.”

The whole population lives in a make believe fantasy world in which they must have cell phones, and in which they need their privacy; and in which they have rights. And this applies to all age groups and every class of society.

As with falling Rome, the British and American people (like their forefathers, the ancient Israelites) ignore God’s counsel to Stand you in the old ways, and see, and ask for the old paths. Jeremiah 6.

Western nations today respond the same way as did their forefathers in ancient Israel: We will not walk therein (Same Verse.)

Modern parents believe they know better than their Creator, and thus ignore important Biblical instruction such as, “The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself brings his mother to shame” Proverbs 29, and “Correct your son, and he shall give you rest; yes, he shall give delight unto your soul.” The result? A generation of children who oppress and rule over their parents and show no respect for their elders Isaiah 3.

Education

The Roman Empire began with an educational system that emphasized developing character, morality, patriotism and social values in young lives.

But this was eventually replaced by an emphasis almost exclusively on academics, with no moral or ethical absolutes defining right and wrong. Sound familiar?

Likewise, (have you noticed recently) character development, patriotism and civic duty are seldom taught in the public schools of the West, where God and the Bible are banished, and morally variegated “creative expression” is encouraged.

The modern house of Israel, which includes the United States, England, AND Israel rejects God’s Word, the foundation of all true knowledge. God declares, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” Hosea 4. The Bible describes them as blind men groping around in spiritual darkness Isaiah 59.

Religion

The Romans early on were pagan idol worshipers who took the gods of the Greeks and gave them Roman names, and later embraced Christianity, but they never dropped their old pagan ways entirely. In their earlier pagan religion there was also an assortment of gods, and lascivious religious rituals and customs, complete with Temple prostitution, drunkenness and other vices that appealed to the flesh.

This immorality became common across the empire, and spread from the upper classes to the middle and lower classes. Similar to the Greeks, the Romans worshiped mythological figures who freely gave in to carnal desires, deceiving, stealing, getting drunk and committing fornication, adultery, even rape.

All these symptoms are appearing today in the West in bold new ways, of which Gay Marriage is just one small part. The Gays are only aping what they see most heterosexuals doing. If Christian men are going to commit sodomy with their wives and girl friends, then why shouldn’t Gays be able to do such things with their “wives”? This is their reasoning, and it is hard to argue with them. If heterosexual men are going to do every filthy porn thing imaginable including non-stop adultery, and sodomy, and you name it, how can they argue to Gays they shouldn’t have full right to do what they want to do?

Today, millions of Americans, Britons and others claim to worship only one deity, the God of the Bible-yet their actions scream out something entirely different.

The word worship means to “regard with great or extravagant respect, honor, or devotion.” Do the British and American peoples truly worship the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob? Or do their actions show they revere man made “gods” namely, celebrities who by word and example influence shallow minds to copy their irresponsible behavior. Politicians are forgiven for reckless conduct as long they raise the banner of political correctness and “progressive” (read: permissive and radical) causes, and proudly proclaim that their personal, moral, religious or “spiritual” beliefs will never stand in the way of pleasing the masses.

Millions within America’s religious community are quick to proclaim their religious fervor. But among them are the vast majority leading hypocritical lives, speaking out against sexual immorality, yet secretly engaging in it. Among priests, preachers and other prominent religionists are child molesters, Aborters, contra-ceptualists, closeted homosexuals and serial adulterers to name only a handful of deadly sins.

Roman religion degenerated steadily as Romans religious beliefs became shallow, lifeless and without true meaning. Followers were left without direction, seeking spiritual purpose but never finding it.

It is the same in modern times. The hypocrisy of religious leaders has jaded millions, and their message of a God without laws-who does not hold followers to a higher standard of conduct and thinking-a “prosperity gospel” without expectations from believers-is ultimately empty. The result is a spiritual wasteland of human ideas that may sound appealing, but is not of the Bible-and has nothing to do with the true gospel (literally “good news”) that Jesus Christ preached as the kingdom of God Mark 1.

The degenerating religions of Rome, increasingly encouraged and empowered the people to live a life of excess, leading to the empire’s death. Conversion to the more moral Christianity came too late to save the Empire. The sad fact is that the religions of the West, especially in the U.S., are no better.

Pleasure-Seeking

The Romans were masters of extreme pleasure-seeking. They entertained themselves with gladiators (rock stars of the day) and gambled on who would live or die. They enjoyed the sight of Christians, Jews and other enemies of the state being eaten alive by wild animals shipped from exotic regions. (Every notice the increasingly bloody fare that TV serves up, including close-ups of heart surgeries and wild animals tearing each other apart.) Residents were proud of their lavish villas, imported cuisine and fine attire. They thrilled themselves with plays, bathhouses, indoor pools and drunken parties held in the honor of Bacchus, their god of wine and sensual pleasures.

Similarly, the modern descendants of the tribes of Israel entertain themselves, with mindless “reality” television programs driven by deception and gratuitous sex. With superstar athletes who proudly show off their tattoos and pride themselves on their multi-million-dollar contracts-yet are void of prudence, judgment and character.

Advertising, news media and Hollywood promotes materialism and covetousness, because the public wants it and the government does not dare to forbid it. A society that loves to emulate wanton lifestyles portrayed in movies and pursue sports pay for play spectacles, gambling, theater, music and other distractions over seeking true values is destined to collapse, just as did Rome.

Economy, Government and the Military

Originally, agriculture and land ownership were Rome’s chief sources of wealth, and bulwark of the moral and large family, as they were here previously. Then land and agriculture became the most heavily taxed, and low-cost food was imported produced by slaves overseas that undercut local produce. Over time, landowners who operated large farms on the backs of slaves (read agri-business) eventually undersold smaller farmers, forcing them out of business. In addition, importing foods from both conquered lands (read global trade) and more easily accessible distant foreign ports (read containerization of shipping) also began to take its toll. Commercial trade in Rome (read global economy) created a massive consumer economy (read products made by slaves in Red China and sold by Wal-Mart) that focused on services (jobs in McDonalds) rather than production and growth, (read shipping jobs overseas) just as in modern-day America and Britain.

As the Roman Empire expanded, so did the costs of operating it. Rapidly growing government bureaucracy (read deficits to pay salaries of government workers and their lavish pension plans) became expensive to maintain. For instance, it took an army of officials to man and work the increasingly complicated “red tape” filing system, which faced demands from both government services and the military. (read cost of government rising much faster than any other segment of society.)

To compensate for inflation, Roman emperors in the second and third centuries produced more coins, (read printing paper money) but these were no longer made of silver and gold alloys, which had become scarce. Thus, Roman currency dwindled in value.

The citizenry strained under heavy tax burdens, as the government left no stone unturned in seeking potential revenue sources, and in seeking to turn the moral climate around and raise the birth rate, but history shows they continually failed to stop the continuing decline.

Today, Americans pay local, municipal, county, state and federal taxes before even receiving their paychecks, and contend with numerous consumer taxes: sales, gasoline, vehicles, property, licenses, pets, luxury items, and airline flights. The list seems endless, and in fact, consumes upwards of 50% and more of everything everyone makes. No one truly know the real tax rate of the average worker. The worthless poor, and prisoners pay no taxes and the rich pay no taxes either because of loop holes, and so-called non-profits like churches, religious organizations, schools, all educational institutions, along with all charities, do-gooding organizations and such also pay nothing. This leaves the average stiff paying ALL the costs of the entire government local, state and federal. No wonder he feels he can’t afford any children, and hence we have NO CHILDREN, which drives the last and most fatal nail into our coffin.

Overwhelming confiscatory taxes and fees of every sort, combined with inflation and a desire to maintain an unrealistic standard of living aided and abetted and in many case mandated by government, has driven a growing majority of the middle class to live on credit and practice the materialistic principle of “live for today, and forget about tomorrow.” Consumers survive paycheck to paycheck, partly due to wrong financial priorities and living beyond their means, encouraged, aided and abetted and in many cases mandated by government. A new car or home suddenly becomes a “necessity” based on the maximum amount of a “pre-qualified” bank loan, rather than actual needs (while Fanny Mae, and Freddie Mac are waiting to drive you into debt and bankruptcy.)

The result is, British, Canadian, Australian and American consumers are strapped with debt, resulting in a staggering number of defaulted home loans and personal bankruptcies, which again someone has to pay for, and guess who that is.

As in ancient Rome, strong belief in self-determination and self-reliance has been replaced with an attitude of expecting something for nothing. (Everyone has now become effectively a slave of government.) Government-run systems originally intended to assist those in genuine need are now considered an entitlement. The nation is more and more resembling Pharaoh’s society with the middle class as the children of Israel slaves.

Americans want to have their economic cake and eat it too, to work less and play more, to support the troops, but have their family members and friends in the military stay home, to fight terrorism, but not raise taxes to support the military (which does the actual fighting) to obtain better health insurance, but force employers to pay for it, to receive social security when they retire, but not increase how much they pay into it now, which is already beyond reason.

Of course, how can the average consumer be expected to show fiscal responsibility when government leaders fail to do so? For example, when the Pentagon pays a small parts supplier $998,798 to ship two 19-cent washers to a U.S. Army base. Or when a Korean War veteran has to buy his own Purple Heart at a military surplus store because the Navy informed him the medal was “out of stock”!

And just as the Roman army was overstretched and overextended in foreign lands protecting a global trade and a world economy that was enriching so many, so is the American military. Roman soldiers, once known for their precision in battle and rigid obedience to authority, eventually became demoralized. The same can be said of U.S. troops, among whom suicide rates have risen since the start of the war in Iraq from 60 in 2003, to 99 in 2006. Desperate not to return to Iraq, one soldier paid someone $500 to shoot him in the leg!

What can save us?

Only a return to the religion of our fathers can save us. And it must be immediate for the clock is ticking down. We must raise our birth rate among conservative believers exponentially. Only an explosion of Religious Re-Awakening, and a explosion of births has any chance of saving us at this late date. Every woman of God should have all the children she can possibly have, and her spouse must love and empower in her so doing. Nothing else will work. It is our only hope, and out of this re-awakening we will also get a total change of government, and a new government that is godly and good and love this country, and is frugal with every single dollar of the people’s money it spends. This is a people and a nation that can never fail as long as it sticks close to the guide provided us in the Bible.

Family, (and the consequent low birth rate) education, religion, pleasure-seeking, the economy, government and the military, are areas where the failure of these and other factors have contributed to the fall of civilizations in the past, are doing it again. The birthright nations of America and Britain are now going down. It is their turn.

This is a future government that will be established as foretold in Isaiah 9: “For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end”.

An incorruptible King, Jesus Christ, will direct this government, the veritable kingdom of God that will teach true family values; place educational institutions upon a right foundation; empower true religion to provide guidance and purpose to empty lives; maintain a global economy that will never see a depression, or even a recession; ensure that government on all levels will be free of bureaucracy; and convert all weapons to a greater purpose Isaiah 2.

This kind of nation and government will never fall!
