Acid-Alkaline Balance
The chemical factory that is the body requires a precise equilibrium of 16 basic chemicals, and correct acid-alkaline balance plays a vital role this process. Foods, after digestion and absorption, leave either an acid or alkaline ash in the body depending on their composition. Normal body chemistry should be approximately 20 per cent acid and 80 per cent alkaline, thus the food intake should reflect this balance.

Let us start with a couple of facts…:
Fact 1: Any human group that reproduces at half of the replacement rate of 2.2 average per woman will cut it numbers in half each generation. The result is that group will become statistically extinct in less than 100 years. There may exist a tiny remnant, but it will be insignificant.
Fact 2: The Best and Brightest of every nation and every ethnic group are now reproducing at approximately this suicidal rate of half of replacement or about 1.1. This is the same for every ethnic group in every nation, not just for Whites. But in some societies like Europe, the reproduction rate for the whole population is approximating this level.
The consequences of these FACTS, are astounding. Any group reproducing at these genocidal rates is dooming its economic base, its culture, its race, its language and its religion to extinction. It is one thing for a group to reproduce at a zero growth rate, and quite another to approach the Red Line of a zero birth rate.

Humidifying the air in your living space can save up to 20% on your heating bills.
It takes less heat to warm a room or house if it is humid, more if it is dry. It is penny wise and pound foolish to skimp on humidifying your living space. Not only that but winter colds and sicknesses will be fewer and of shorter duration. Dry air damages all types of furnishings, your pets, and anything you have in your house. This is an improvement in your quality of life that could literally save your life.
Conversely, taking moisture out of the air, that is dehumidification, lowers the costs for cooling in the summer. Dry air is cheaper to cool than moist air.
Bottom line: Beware of all things out of the ordinary.
Miners get Black Lung because breathing large amounts of coal dust is “out of the ordinary.” Likewise things like too much humidity in any form can carry unwanted guests into your system.
Steamy Hot Tubs, and even too many steamy showers with dirty city water can do you harm. The Greeks had a saying: “Nothing to excess” and they have been proven right over and over.
We were really not designed to sit around in Hot Tubs or take long hot steam showers. We do these things for reasons other than health and well-being. Should we be surprised when science discovers they can be unhealthful?

Note: Prohibition did not prevent anyone in the United States from drinking, or making all the beer, whiskey and wine they wanted to, and to give there alcoholic drink to any and all of their friends and neighbors as much as they wanted to. So, under Prohibition, no one was prevented from drinking as much or as often as they wanted to. IT ONLY PREVENTED THE SALE OF ALCOHOL, that is all. It only PREVENTED MAKING A PROFIT ON OTHER PEOPLE’S MISERY, MAIMING, SICKNESS AND DEATH. Furthermore, alcohol consumption fell more than 75% during Prohibition, and if it wasn’t for the unholy alliance between the Democrat Party and organized crime in the big cities Prohibition would have been an even greater success and never been repealed. European cultures have been wallowing in the violence, disease, sickness, maiming, economic costs and death that come to an alcohol besotted society for thousands of years, and can’t be compared to America in any way. There was a time in America when most people, not only did not lock their doors but, didn’t even have locks on their doors to lock. There was a time in America when most Americans lived their lives without ever seeing a policeman.
Crime, such as it was, was mostly dealt with locally, by families, churches, employers, neighbors and communities without government being involved in any way. But all that was before a bunch of people got together and decided to embark on a long range program to destroy America and all she stood for. Those people are still among us, causing havoc and mayhem every day.
The only question is, do we, as a people, have the guts, backbone and nerve to identify those people and put them behind bars where they belong and restore the Republic to its former greatness, goodness and beauty.

Anglican Contraception Comes Home To Roost
The Anglican Church, the “Mother” Church of Protestantism, accomplished its final full fall from grace at its Lambeth Conference in 1930. Not that the sickness in the church was not a long time in preparation within that ball of cancerous sickness generously called “The Decline of the West.”
The Catholics though similarly infected, tried desperately to inoculate themselves against the Contraception Virus being spread by the Protestants, Humanae Vitae being the near last gasp of that losing struggle, wherein they invented a new category of sin called artificial birth control, which it eagerly condemned, and a new category of virtue euphemistically labeled natural birth control, with the difference between them being exactly zero. It seems preposterous, but Judaism has a dark underbelly of shame, represented by what can be called no other name than Anti-Semitic Jews, of which no better example can be found than Avraham Burg, a former Speaker of the Israeli Parliament. He has written a book that explains his viewpoint very well, in effect, telling on himself, in a truly demonic way.
