Coffee Table Exercises
You can find no better friend of your health than a good sturdy coffee table. You know, like the one you probably have sitting in your living room, or like one you can pick up iun any re-sale junk shop for a couple of dollars. The one in the living room, or another one wherever you can locate it can become a very valuable piece of exercise equipment right in your home. But it must be the study type that can easily hold your weight. Get a hold of such a one and go to work.
Throw a towel or something thicker like a rubber pad of some sort if you want, and mount the coffee table with a vengeance. If you have privacy, perhaps you can consider working out in the nude. Start any way you would like, but consider the coffee table, henceforth, to be your exercise partner.
You can start any way you like, but one way is to stand on the floor next to it and bend over, placing your hands on its sturdy top and start doing all sorts of stretching exercises, (Please use your imagination, it's what God gave it to you for.) but its main use is to lay flat on it on your back to get your back straightened out, AND relaxed.
The coffee table is just the right length to allow your legs to hang over one end, and your arms, back and head to hang over the other. This convenient length allows a longer range of motion for much of your body than just laying on the floor.
You can slide yourself up and down the table to get just the position at that moment that you feel is doing you the most good. Remember, you are your best coach, and your best fitness trainer, especially after you have trained yourself a bit..
After all, you know more about yourself, and are able to learn more about yourself than anyone on earth ever will be able to, so why not put all that knowledge to good use for your own benefit. Consider the amazing fact that you work for yourself for nothing, whereas others are going to charge you in one way or another, as they well should.
Start you coffee table routine any way you want, but be sure to resolve to do it every day. It is the daily addictive habit of doing the right things that can make THE big difference in your life. Just think, if you were a drug addict or an alcoholic, would you take a day off. Why no! So, you as the exercise, health, goodness, truthfulness, and so forth addict should not take a day off either. If feeding his daily addiction is good for the substance addict, why isn't it even better for the person with a few good addictions?
Well, now that you have now met your future good friend, the coffee table, you have put one more notch in your health and fitness gun stock.
